Dr Ciara Scott is a Registered Specialist in Orthodontics with the Dental Council. She is a Member of the Orthodontic society of Ireland and the Irish Dental Council.
She graduated in dentistry in 1996 from the University of Bristol. She gained MFD from the RCSI and went on to complete a 3 year specialist training program in orthodontics. She was awarded a Masters Degree from the University of Dublin and M Orth from the RCSEd in 2005. She is a Fellow of the Faculty of Dentistry at the RCSI.
In addition to her clinical practice, Ciara is a part time clinical supervisor at Dublin Dental School and Hospital. She is also a medical volunteer with Operation Smile and has worked with them in Ethiopia and China.
When she's not working, Ciara's interests include sailing and hill walking. She sailed around the world in the BT Global Challenge in 1996 and has since been involved in expeditions in Africa and the Antarctic.
