Dr Jeremy Worth, opened The Ballyraine Orthodontic Clinic in 1999, prior to this he was Senior Clinical Orthodontist at the North West Health Board.
Jeremy graduated from Guy's Hospital Dental School, University of London in 1991. Then he worked in several hospitals in London as a Senior House Officer in Maxillofacial Surgery. He was awarded a Felowship in Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh 1995, being examined in oral surgery and oral medicine.
In 1995 he commenced a three year postgraduate training in Orthodontics based in the North Western Health Board with academic modules from Dubin Dental School and Queens University, Belfast. Full specialist status was achieved in 1998 following examination for membership in Orthodontics at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh
As the sole orthodontist in this clinic, Jeremy has progressively developed the Ballyraine Orthodontic Clinic to provide a modern, efficient and very friendly orthodontic service. All treatments are planned, discussed and implemented in consultation with patients and parents to get the best possible results. Jeremy only uses the highest quality 'single use' orthodontic materials.
Jeremy is an active member of the Irish Orthodontic Society, British Orthodontic Society and Irish Dental Association Association. Jeremy regularly attends conferences and meetings as part of his continuing professional education to ensure the very best orthodontic service is provided or his patients. |
